Dedicated to an era long gone featuring architectural photographs of houses, hotels, apartment and office buildings, civic institutions and more...many of which are no longer standing.

Quite a joint.
The second Loew house is one of my favorites---lots of swagger with that curved front, gorgeous interiors
I want that staircase and railing. beautiful but without a floor plan, if the stairhall is centered on the front bay and 2 grand stairs are leading up from the entry to the mezzanine/main level on each side and then proceed up again toward the front bay window on the second floor, where is the space necessary to walk on the second floor to go back toward the rooms? From the one angle photo of the entry hall, there appears to be no space for a 2nd floor hallway doubling back toward the second floor rooms on that side, so there cant be room on the opposite side either since everything appears to be a miror image? The staircase appears to span teh entire width of the house?
