The Henry Pomeroy Davison residence designed by Walker & Gillette c. 1917 at 690 Park Avenue in New York City. Davison was a financier and senior partner at J.P. Morgan. Very handsome house as was "Peacock Point", one of Long Island's greatest losses. Happy to see this home survived.

(one of the wonders of my youth was an extremely elegant 12 car garage on the Atwater Kent estate at Bar Harbor. One large door only...drive on to a turntable, and the car would then be sent in the proper direction in the vast carriage room.
