It appears the house was demolished in the late 30's and the property incorporated into the Deal Casino Beach Club in the early 50's.
Another of those tall block-like Jersey shore summer houses. Each resort had its own style
It looks like a hotel.

Lehman and his wife, Mrs. Carrie Lauer Lehman (married in 1885), collected art. Their collection included a Gothic Tapestry "St. Veronica" (previously owned by J P Morgan); "The Last Supper" tapestry from a cartoon by Bernard Van Orley and "Nille Fleurs," a French fifteenth century tapestry.
Their paintings included El Greco's "The Cavalier"; "The Countess of Altamira and her Daughter" by Goya; Rembrandt's "Portrait of a Man"; an interior with seated cavalier by Peter de Hoog; Crivelli's "Madonna and Child"; Petrus Christus' "The Goldsmith," and "A Portrait of a Man and "An Annunciation," both by Jan Memling.
From these photos, it appears that the art stayed in the city during the summer.
Philip Lehman's son Robert left the collection to the Met, where it is displayed together in evocations of the interiors of the Lehman town house. Of course Museums hate to do that sort of thing now, but I'm betting I'm not alone in enjoying it.
