'Norton Hall', the George W. Norton Jr. estate designed by Shepley, Rutan & Coolidge c. 1904 in Louisville, Kentucky. Norton was the son of G.W. Norton Sr., a prominent Louisville banker and was the owner and President of WAVE Radio and TV in Louisville. 'Norton Hall' was demolished in 1961.

ReplyDeleteHaving been a guest in the home in the late 50's, It was gracious overlooking Cherokee Park in Louisville. The Presbyterian Seminary occupies the site.
