ReplyDeleteHijacking this blog post momentarily......The Ledyard Blair estate, Blairsden in Peapack, NJ featured here on June 1, 2012 has gone into contract for a bargain price considering what typical mega-mansions go for these days. If the new owners carry on with the incomplete restoration plans of the former owner they will have secured the future for this architectural masterpiece. Good luck to them. NYarch

ReplyDeleteBlairsden is by far one of my favorites. I used to daydream of winning the lottery and moving there. Glad to hear that someone has bought it and hope they love it and take care of it.
