Always loved these big 'wanna be Parisian' Belle Epoque apartment buildings.

The entrance canopy looks like it may have been clipped, but I am glad to see that it remains (reinstated?). Those top-floor apartments with the huge studio windows must be spectacular.

The Chatsworth just recently hit the market. They are currently accepting offers but The Real Deal mentioned that they were looking in the area of $150 million. What started out as 66 apartments is currently 130 something.
