Here are two photos (scroll slightly up and down) of the Dunham's summer house near here at Seal Harbor. It was a particularly beautiful shingle style house that sat well on its spectacular ledge site. About 25 years ago, David Rockefeller purchased it and tore it down to extend his own property. A little ranch style guest cottage sits on the site now.

PS, scrolling down in the above link, past the half dozen pics of the Dunham Cottage, one comes on p. 39 to the home of Mrs. Dunham's sister, Mrs. Hoe, still standing across the street. I believe C&H also designed the Hoe's New York house.
