The
J. Brooks Nichols estate designed by
Chittenden & Kotting c. 1915 in Grosse Pointe,
Michigan. Nichols was a director of the U.S. Radiator Corp. and treasurer and director of Detroit Princess Manufacturing Co. It is unknown if the house is extant.
